As we come to the end of a beautiful and busy summer, we look forward to our winter months with plenty of events still to come! Recently we catered a hog roast in Hoylake at the sailing club for around 50 people. Situated on the sea front, it is in a perfect location with lovely views. We had been booked for our Menu 1, succulent hog roast with stuffing, apple sauce and crispy crackling! A 7.30 pm serve meant we got there in plenty of time and set up with ease. We often have many people approach us and ask about the hog, the machine and the business etc during the cooking process, people cant wait to get stuck in!
We served and cleared up within a couple of hours, as per the clients request. We left nothing behind apart from some leftovers for the guests to enjoy later and set off home after another successful hog roast in Hoylake.
