With three delicious courses to enjoy, this menu is certain to be a success!Earlier this month, Kacey contacted Hog Roast Heswall to arrange catering for her upcoming cocktail night. She is hosting the event at her home in the Wirral, with 20 friends attending to enjoy an evening of luxury. Kacey previously worked as a mixologist and has plenty of experience in making themed drinks and classic cocktails. For her upcoming gathering, she will be creating several custom drinks for the occasion and teaching her friends how to make them. Alongside the drinks, Hog Roast Heswall will be serving a delicious canapes course, followed by a classic hog roast. The canapes will be perfect for enjoying as the guests mingle and chat and cocktails and canapes are always a perfect pair.
On the night of the party, we will begin our catering by serving mini fish and chips, an Indian selection, and mini pizzas, as the guests arrive at the private venue. Canapes are perfect for allowing guests to enjoy a variety of tastes and this is always a great way to begin any menu.
Later in the evening, we will be serving our succulent slow-roasted hog, which will be cooked to perfection on the day of the event. The juicy pork will be served alongside fresh bread rolls, sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling.
