I cannot tell you how pleased I am with how it all went. The food was absolutely delicious and the caterers were amazing. They set up in my absence and were happy to delay service after we had a few latecomers. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and everyone commented on their professionalism and the high quality of the food.
