Hog Roast Barnston had a late night event planned at the very last minute. As the initial serve time wasn’t until 11pm we got up and collected all our ingredients and equipment the same morning and set off to the venue at around 4pm. Once we arrived we got our machine and pig set up and cooking in the main kitchen area of the Hall. The weather was beautifull so we spent most of our time outside chatting away to the guests, many of which enquired about our machines and catering which led to one person booking us in advance. Hog roast Barnston were only catering for a small party of 50 people, but we had a fantastic time, lots of fun with brilliant people. We got packed away for 12am and set of back to base with no problems at all. Hog roast Barnston would be more than delighted to cater for them again.
