You may well be thinking of featuring a stunning Hog Roast Meols hog roast centrepiece on your next special occasion but we can just as easily wow your carnivore guests with a spit-roasted one instead, full of beef, lamb, chickens or turkeys. We can cook a barbecue of sausages, burgers and ribs if you prefer, or one of our speciality menus, such as our Southern Slow Roast (with no less than three meats and four sides) or Loaded Fries (which we smother in brisket of beef or pulled pork, slaw and cheese).

Hog Roast Meols is also an excellent choice if you’re thinking of having multiple courses served, as we have a wide array of starters, sides, desserts and canapés on offer. For a retirement party that we catered over the weekend, we cooked up a storm not only with pigs in buns, made from one of our amazing traditional centrepieces, but also with sides of sweet potato wedges, coleslaw and mac and cheese and desserts of profiteroles and fresh fruit salad. There was plenty to eat, with seconds or more for all of the guests, and still leftovers to save for later too.
