For a birthday celebration that Hog Roast Thornton Hough catered on Friday evening, we wowed everyone with a great feast of sticky pork ribs, roast chickens and spicy lamb, as well as coleslaw, corn cobettes, sweet potato wedges and mac and cheese, and we also provided a vegetarian main of veggie skewers. The guests made short work of our scrumptious banquet and everything was devoured in record time.
