It was a cold winters day in February as I arrived to do a hog roast in Bidston. A simple menu 1 for a lovely chap who had bought his own company recently and wanted to celebrate his 1st successful year. He had invited many close friends and family to help celebrate at his home, and what better way to celebrate than with a hog roast in Bidston! With the weather still being slightly wintery, we arrived on site and got straight to work. We set out our fresh bread rolls and wraps, laid out the selection of sauces and got to work on preparing the succulent hog. It really was a lovely day helping someone celebrate their own success. With many hog roast Bidston rolls consumed and many compliments later, we cleared away and set off home.
