Our talented catering team have handled more celebrations across the country than we can count, and we’re proud to say that each event has been unique to the clients’ needs which prompts many to return for second helpings – literally!
In our most recent adventure, the Hog Roast Clatterbridge catering crew were asked to serve one of our tasty menus at a Christening which had been organised by new parents Thomas and Ellie. The happy couple had spotted an ad for our services online, and after reading through our testimonials and taking a closer look at our range of comprehensive menu options, they were keen to involve us in their celebration. With our highly-skilled catering manager on hand to help them select the perfect menu for the occasion, the pair soon chose our classic hog roast feast which offers a traditional buffet of mouth-watering meats with complementary gluten-free rolls and wraps.
On Saturday, while Thomas and Ellie were busy readying their bouncing baby boy for the Christening, Hog Roast Clatterbridge travelled to the local town hall where they began cooking up a storm. Using our state of the are catering equipment, they whipped up a drool-worthy spread of savoury stuffing, soft and floury rolls and crispy crackling which centred around a stunning slow roasted pig. For those following meat-free diets, the team had also prepared a selection of grilled veggie skewers with optional haloumi which they served with flatbreads and a tzatziki dip.
When the ceremony was over, Thomas and Ellie arrived with their bundle of joy, and the rest of the family was close behind. Having built up quite an appetite during their busy morning, everyone was desperate to get stuck into the aromatic feast which went down a storm with everyone who had attended.
