On the day of the event, Hog Roast Saughall Massie arrived with plenty of time to prepare the hog for the 12:00pm mealtime. We began by slow-roasted the pig and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection. Once ready, it was carved by our expert chef and served in fresh bread rolls, or a gluten-free alternative. The main dishes were served with sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, creating a delicious meal for the staff to enjoy! This was much more nutritious than a pre-packaged lunch and was a great morale booster for the staff during their busy day at work.
