This menu includes a free-range hog roast with all the trimmings for you to feast on buffet style, a selection of white and wholemeal rolls and wraps, coleslaw, a potato dish and two salads, and it’s all served on quality bamboo dishes and with wooden cutlery.
On the day of your special occasion, our dedicated team members arrive at your venue several hours before service and crack on with preparing the meat and then it sizzles away for hours on end. Later in the day, we freshly prepare the other dishes for your Classic Hog Roast Menu, and in terms of potatoes, that’s new potatoes dressed in a herb butter, while we also prepare a tomato and mozzarella salad and a mixed salad with seasonal leaves, as well as our gourmet coleslaw. If you also need a vegan or vegetarian option, just let us know when you book, and this menu actually comes with both – our vegan pulled jackfruit buns with BBQ sauce and side slaw and veggie skewers with halloumi and vegetables.
