The pair had got engaged on New Years Eve and were so excited to throw a party and celebrate their news with their friends and family.

Jess and Mike’s guests were served with a selection of roasted duck, smoked Scottish salmon, a selection of mini pizzas, mini quiche and pan seared fillet of beef.
For the main course, the attendees had the choice between pig and chicken. Both meats were whole roasted and carved by our expert Hog Roast Wallaset Team. For a meat-free alternative, we served grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers. The mains were accompanied by a freshly made salad and roasted new potatoes. To finish the dining portion of the evening off, dessert was served. The choice between cheesecake and chocolate torte literally went down a treat.
