A classic of British spring and summertime dining, the barbecue is a mainstay for a reason. Who doesn’t love a good roll and sausage, or a well grilled burger or a veggie skewer. The drama of getting the barbecue working and having too many cooks around the grill is of course often there too, but that is all part and parcel of the magic of the British barbecue! Here at Hog Roast Leasowe we can’t wait to get out on the sunnier days and cook up our own twist on barbecue favourites, such as our gourmet sausages and homemade burgers, our BBQ marinated spareribs grilled to perfection or our incredible chicken or veg and halloumi skewers.
