Ryan and his wife own a countryside pub that provides a wide variety of classic drinks and a few bar snacks and lunch options. They have built up a reliable customer base with people from the local area, but they are currently wanting to expand their offerings to attract new customers to their venue. To do so, they are planning on hosting a variety of events during the summer, including a ‘couple’s night’. This event will include a delicious two-course meal and a selection of signature cocktails in their cosy venue, which is ideal for a date night for any couple! For the menu, Hog Roast Storeton has been hired to provide a delicious main meal followed by an elegant dessert course.
In preparation for this event, our team will be arriving at the pub with plenty of time to prepare for the 7:00pm start time. The main menu will include a delicious and tender sirloin steak, accompanied by red wine gravy, a crisp Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, and roasted baby potatoes. This will create a luxurious and filling main meal, with plenty for every guest to enjoy. For any meat-free guests, we will also be serving BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a great alternative.
For the dessert course, the guests will choose between sticky toffee pudding and individual cheesecakes, which each dish accompanied by English cream and fresh berries. These dishes will taste great alongside a couple of signature cocktails created by the pub!
